If the Customer cancels any order after confirmation but before shipment, the Company will charge a minimum restocking fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the total order value. The restocking fee will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer. This restocking fee is intended to cover administrative, handling, and processing costs associated with order cancellation. The restocking fee will not apply if the order is canceled solely due to the Company’s failure to deliver in accordance with the agreed terms.
